Brendan is a Site Investigation Inspector who works closely with the surveying team, visiting residential and commercial properties to identify, investigate, and report on building defects, damage, and failures.

He takes a hands-on approach to both supporting Surveyors during inspections and carrying out his own independent site investigations. Brendan is responsible for gathering clear, accurate evidence and reporting findings to help establish the cause and extent of defects.
